Craig H. Zetley

Craig Zetley is an attorney and CPA. Founder and managing partner of Zetley & Cohn, S.C., a specialty law firm focusing on representation of individuals and corporations in disputes with taxing authorities. He is a recognized authority in the area of civil tax controversy, criminal tax defense, commercial and corporate litigation.

Zetley enjoys a challenge. He represents corporations which owe million of dollars in taxes and individuals and businesses under audit by a taxing authority. He also represents clients when their CPA does not have the attorney-client privilege and the criminal investigator knocks on the client's door. Zetley has saved millions of dollars in taxes for his clients.

In addition to his practice, Zetley is a recognized leader in the community and is helping to shape future development in the City of Milwaukee. He was appointed to a three-year term as Chairman of the Milwaukee Board of Zoning Appeals by Mayor John Norquist and confirmed by the Milwaukee Common Council in January of 1998. He was reappointed by Mayor Tom Barrett and approved by the Common Council in 2000. As Chairman, Zetley and the Board have cut red tape and processing time in half.

Zetley previously served on the board of the City Service Commission. Zetley also enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and children, Mikaela, Aaron and David. His hobbies include biking, boating, running triathalons and wind surfing.

Michael J. Cohn

From his initial position as an associate attorney in one of Milwaukee's top criminal defense firms, Cohn has developed a practice that emphasizes representation in complex criminal tax and other white collar defense matters. Cohn is an experienced trial attorney and has handled a wide variety of civil and criminal jury trials including civil rights matters, commercial litigation and felonies. He obtained the largest jury verdict ever rendered in Wisconsin in a Fair Housing case. Besides his practice, Cohn has long-term involvement in the Milwaukee Jewish Community, spends too much time at the gym (enjoys running and spinning), and is an avid, albeit amateur, finger style guitarist. Cohn is married to Fran Serlin and has two children, Elias and Sonya.

Matthew E. McLaughlin

Matt McLaughlin joined the firm in 2000 after serving as an associate at Arthur Anderson LLP, where he specialized in sales and use tax. Prior to his work at at Arthur Anderson, Attorney McLaughlin clerked for the Honorable Edward R. Brunner, Circuit Court Judge of Barron County, Wisconsin. As a law clerk for Judge Brunner, one of his duties was updating the Wisconsin Judicial Bench Book, for which he earned an acknowledgment. While in law school, McLaughlin also interned at Conference U.S.A., where he assisted the Chair of the NCAA Infractions Appeals Committee, Commissioner Mike Slive, who is now Commissioner of the Southeastern Conference.

Outside the office, Attorney McLaughlin, a former college baseball player, is a sports enthusiast, Originally from Chicago, while growing up, McLaughlin has made stops in Seattle, Idaho, Northern Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Maryland. Attorney McLaughlin and his wife Sheila have three children, Katie, Owen and Grace.

Travis L. DeLucenay

Travis DeLucenay joined Zetley & Cohn as an attorney in July of 2005 after clerking at the firm during law school. Prior to entering Marquette University Law School, DeLucenay worked in Chicago, IL for Ernst & Young LLP (Audit Practice) and Smith, Bucklin & Associates as a staff accountant. While attending law school, DeLucenay also completed internships at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP (Tax Practice) and The Leib Group LLC, a Wisconsin-based professional and collegiate sports consulting firm.

DeLucenay was born in Elkhart, Indiana on October 21, 1978; admitted to bar, 2005, Wisconsin, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Wisconsin, and U.S. Tax Court. Certified Public Accountant, Illinois, 2004 and Wisconsin, 2005.
